For more than 16 years, Shane Goutsis has been helping families buy and sell real estate throughout the Tri-Cities, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and surrounding communities. Known as the systems and technology leader of the team, Shane is passionate about creating streamlined processes that keep every transaction organized and stress-free. From the initial consultation to possession day, he believes clients deserve clear communication, expert guidance, and a well-planned strategy. His dedication to staying ahead of market trends ensures buyers and sellers have the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions.
Shane particularly enjoys working with first-time home buyers and downsizers, helping clients navigate two of life’s biggest milestones. Whether purchasing a first home or transitioning into the next chapter, he focuses on simplifying the process while protecting his clients’ best interests every step of the way.
Away from real estate, Shane believes in giving back to the community that has supported him throughout his career. He is the founder of The Goutsisson Family Foundation, which has raised more than $130,000 for colon cancer research and awareness since 2019. He is also actively involved in youth sports, supporting his children’s participation in ringette, hockey, soccer, and baseball throughout Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. When he isn’t working with clients, you’ll often find him playing Port Coquitlam Old Timers hockey or spending time with his family.
A graduate of Archbishop Carney Secondary School (Class of 2005), Shane believes real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes—it’s about building lasting relationships, earning trust, and helping people make confident decisions that positively impact their future.
