The Tri-Cities real estate market continues to provide opportunities for both buyers and sellers as we head into the summer months.
May saw healthy activity across all property types, with average sale prices reaching:
• Single-Family Homes: $1,683,486
• Townhomes: $1,043,428
• Apartments & Condos: $667,752
Homes averaged 31 days on market, while inventory levels remain higher than we’ve seen in recent years. This has created a more balanced marketplace where buyers have more selection and sellers who price and prepare their homes properly continue to achieve strong results.

We’re seeing serious buyers actively searching, but they’re taking more time to compare options before making a decision. Homes that show well, are priced appropriately, and offer good value continue to attract strong interest.
