What Is Our Greatest Asset?

We can expect many different answers to this question, depending on the circumstances of the people responding. However, if we ask this question of ourselves, specifically Generations Real Estate Partners, we would have one answer – our loyal clients!

Not only do these clients come back to us for every move over decades but they also recommend us, unreservedly, to their family, friends and colleagues. We are very grateful to have so many of these “assets”, whose lasting trust and friendship over the years have made our job so amazing.

Recently we enjoyed the experience of being able to thank many of them in person as we paid tribute to them at our recent client appreciation event. This time we hosted clients who had used our services over the more recent years, realising though that many were also longtime clients who had put their trust in us again as their housing needs changed. This boosts our spirits and makes us thankful for these valued personal connections! It was so much fun seeing so many of you and we look forward to another opportunity to visit with more of our loyal clients – those unbeatable assets!

SnapStats – Greater Vancouver

Reviewing the April market, as we move into May, we see buyers cautiously putting one toe into the real estate market, buoyed by the belief that interest rates will soon be coming down. In all of our markets, from New Westminster & Burnaby and going east as far as Maple Ridge, the inventories are universally increasing (finally!) with sales of townhomes and condos remaining the greatest attraction for buyers. Most of our markets for single family detached are very quiet until we reach Pitt Meadows, where it is a ‘Sellers’ market with a 55% sales ratio! Conversely, New Westminster’s detached market has a very low 11% sales ratio.

This is not our first rodeo, so we have past data as well as current information to guide us moving forward. We are happy to help you maximize the value of your home without undue expenditure. Consider us your resource to help you achieve your goal – at your own pace.

Looking forward to a resilient market, serving old and new clients over the summer. Fire your questions our way as we remain yourGenerations Real Estate partners:
